Our team at ThermAir Systems is committed to local start up and commissioning on all products which ASP provides. We have a growing list of service companies in both Phoenix and Tucson which have been factory trained and certified to perform start up on our equipment. On top of having a list of service companies which we look closely with, ASP has its own employees go through the certification process on all of our equipment. Our goal is to have same day response on any call we receive from any customer or in the worst case scenario, we call back and discuss the issue and go out to the jobsite within 24 hours to rectify any issues that may arise. As we journey from a company that historically provided air distribution products into a company that is providing entire systems, and as these systems gain in complexity, we recognize that local start up and support are vital to successful projects and satisfied customers
